Cost Accountant
- Process Food Cost Invoices working with procurement to ensure proper
pricing and quantities ordered
- Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile monthly Food Cost purchases
to Cost of Sales
Analyze monthly variances and provide costing trend reports
- Reconcile Inventory records to general ledger
- Participate in physical inventories
- Identify cost improvement opportunities and report them to management
- Responsible for costing of inventory movement and post transactions
- Review and reconcile various general ledger accounts
- Prepare cycle counts and assist with the implementation of cost systems
- Assist with year end closing and audit requirements
- Other Duties as assigned
Accounts Receivable Clerk
Verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions to
subsidiary accounts in journals or computer files from documents, such as
sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs and computer printouts.
Summarize details in separate ledger. Reconcile and balance accounts.
